The Architectural Digest Design Show now in its 15th year has proven again to be the best luxury design show on the East Coast. Outside of the Architectural Digest Design Show Pier 94

This show offers design seminars, culinary demos, and special guest appearances from experts offering all kinds of ideas geared to the design trade, opened to both the trade and the general public. I highly recommend this venue for anyone who is thinking of remodeling, building or furnishing a home. If you missed it, this year makes sure to mark your calendars for the month of March 2017. Keep checking The Architectural Digest Design Show website for updates on next year’s event.

This year technology meets design resonated throughout the show, as well as the sustainable home which has become an integral part of design. Having to narrow my favorites list of over 200 manufacturers to just a hand full was hard, but here is what made it to the top of my list.

Sony  truly ahead of its time with the high-tech living room in mind, featuring the Sony Life Space UX. The crisp 4K Short Throw Projector displays up to 147 inches of high-resolution images on a large wall. Sony is perfecting the way to make your homes audiovisual and electronics work for you instead of you having to work on hiding electrical wiring. Movies at my house, Skinny popcorn, please!

True 42

TRUE 42′ refrigerator is the ultimate in side-by-side 24.44 cubic feet of sleek stainless steel refrigeration.  The True 42″ is a luxury appliance at its best. This refrigerator was the artistry and inspiration of many professional chefs, making it a full sized refrigerator for high-end residential kitchens. Built without compromise this 42″ refrigerator will fit any top notch professional kitchen inside the residential home and make a TRUE (no pun intended) statement in quality refrigeration. Can’t wait to have this baby in my kitchen!

Creston Automated Shades & Curtains

Creston home automated shades and curtains open to just a touch of a button. Keep outsider from peeping in without compromising the natural light, also semi-translucent shades or the blackout shades that completely block the view. If you prefer the integrated shade with security system Creston will be able to provide extra security. Creston shades are made to be seen not heard. Therefore, the low-voltage Quiet Motor Technology™ is great, especially in the nursery. Creston captures the technology of lighting, home entertainment, and security onto a single platform. The collection is ultra thin and inconspicuous, removing clutter caused by light switches, thermostats, security panels and audio controls. Clutter free, happy me!

Jennair Induction Stovetop

The Jenn-Air®  Induction Cooktop precision gas cooktop specifically designed as an electric cooktop, but more amazing is that while you cook, the surface stays cool to the touch, this stovetop cooks like gas, but looks like an electric stovetop by Jenn-Air®. My hubby would love this!

Crow Studios

Black Crow Studios

Black Crow Studio– specializing in custom wall murals tailored for any room in the house. Not only can they create a custom made mural, but you can opt for a custom canvas instead. Get this, if you have an idea you can sketch it, and they will work to make that dream become a reality right onto your wall. So stoked, I’m adding a few to my décor!

(wh)ORE HAüS

(wh)ORE HAüS -totally love this furniture and design studio out of LA, offering this rough, yet femme fatale bedroom collection and one-of-kind pieces for residential and commercial spaces. Love the name, wonder what I’d look like in a welder’s helmet. Digging chick’s that can handle a blow torch.
