Chelsea, NYC- situated on the West Side of Manhattan along the Hudson River has become the hottest neighborhood in the Metropolitan area. Chelsea is the home to over 150 art galleries, theaters, numerous restaurants, nightspots and Vanessa Deleon Associates Design firm.
Nestled in the heart of all this development is the High Line, another addition that beautifies this area when in September 2014 the Rail Yards Park opened to the public. The only park built on an archaic rail line above the streets of Manhattan. Just adding more beauty to the development evolving throughout this area. The elevated path is situated in the middle of the most beautiful skyscrapers, as you can catch a glimpse at a birds-eye view, of some of the most mesmerizing interior designs homes right from the High Line level.
This urban oasis of beautiful 19th-century landmark townhomes and condos adds a design appeal of Italianate Architecture and Greek Revival. Alongside standing tall, the modern mid-rise and hi-rise buildings that seem to rise up through the concrete adding to the city’s hottest real estate market in the metropolitan area.
Chelsea’s real estate is steadily growing with the most eclectic architecturally designed buildings. The architectural design and geometric shape of the 35 XV building (left). Also, the Fitzroy (center) leaves me breathless with the beautiful copper-clad oak windows, and green terra-cotta façade a modern look with a sense of wondrous nostalgia. In addition, the 19-story building at 551West 21street (right) with its ornate gold trim windows is elegant and chic as its height is just right for stargazing into the beautiful New York City night.
Real Estate in the Chelsea area can average from $1000 to $3,000 per square foot. We are fortunate enough to be designing throughout many of these homes and beautiful spaces.
