With a strong family history of creativity and encouragement, Vanessa DeLeon always knew she had a place in the arts. However, she never expected the fast rise to success she has fortunately enjoyed. She can be seen in such shows as HGTV's Generation Renovation, Designer's Challenge, Bang For Your Buck, and Design Star, as well as numerous publications including New York Spaces, Design NJ, (201) home, Latina Magazine, Time, Entertainment, and Cosmopolitan. She is currently also a featured designer on the Food Network's Restaurant Impossible.
After starting off in her family's furniture business designing for customers, Vanessa created Vanessa DeLeon Associates (www.vanessadeleon.com) while still in school at Berkeley College for Interior Design. She also holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising from The Fashion Institute of Technology and worked for Ralph Lauren, merchandising, before attending Berkeley College.

Not quite sure if you want to hire an interior design firm?
Free consultation with no obligation – only in house, meaning client comes to our premises and design studio to interview design team and discuss the project at hand. This a fantastic way to assure yourself that you want to hire a design firm and to get some ball park ideas without the commitment or obligation of choosing right then and there. This free interview stage is usually no more than a half hour.
Our design services all begin with an initial interview at your home. We at that point, discuss your likes and dislikes, what style and mood you are trying to achieve, and how we can convey that through fabric, furniture, lighting and other complementary accessories. This is also a crucial step to developing a client-designer relationship; as we learn about you, we want you to get to know us and how we work. Amongst the many things we learn from the interview stage, we also take measurements and pictures of your space to fully understand and make reference to throughout the design process. This consultation is done on an hourly basis. After interview stage, retainer is then collected, and research begins!
